My Story

Hi Everyone!  My name is Dillion and I consider myself a diva girl from the great State of Texas.  I am a gorgeous girl (not to brag but for pity sake, just look at my pictures!).  I am crate and kennel trained, spayed and current on all my shots.  A lady never tells, but I'm not yet 5 years old (don't tell anyone I shared that with you, they might think I'm "fast").

I am soon to be microchipped and am currently taking all of my preventative medications for fleas, ticks and heartworm.

My current owner lovs me very much, but I cannot seem to get along with the other female rescue dog in this house (sorry, it's that same old "same sex aggression" issue that Akitas have, and I just cannot let it go when that other b... girl dog says something about my momma.  I just won't let anybody talk about my momma.

I am looking for a new forrever home where I can be the only dog in the house and I would rather there be no cats either (a couple of dogs I know tell me they taste like squirrel, but I'll bet they are kidding) ...

So I don't mean to brag, but honestly look at my pictures.  I am a gorgeous Akita girl.  I need a yard with a good fence, plenty of exercise, a shady place to lay on nice days and a warm house that doesn't leak if you aren't going to be home with me all day, just in case it rains.

I'm curious about e erything and I'm proud to stand up and tell people to stay out of my family's yard -- U am a good yard dog but I do need some more obedience work to make me a better canine citizen.   When I am in the house, it's a good idea to keep an eye on me so I don't get into trouble (yestrday my lady caught me drinking her tea with cream and sugar in it ... yep, it was in her cut and everything and it was DELICIOUS!  Yep, that's how I roll.

I love my toys and play with just about anything from my toys to tyree branches that fall into the back yard and anything else that is left or I can get ahold of.  Although I am listed on the BMAR website, I'm proud to say that I am not a homeless orphan and my mom would like to visit with you about adopting me.

Please write to my mom and me at ahomefordillion@gmail.com.
